Reason:
As part of the volume-level recover processing, CADisk has requested a mount for volume (vvv) with unit address (uuu), as part of the volume clip operation. After a 30-second wait, the volume is still not mounted. The volume clip has failed.
Action:
You may try mounting the volume manually.
