Reason:
CADisk has used the RACSTAT macro to determine if Top Secret is active on the system. The return code from the macro indicates it is not active. Your installation has indicated with sysparm TOPSSUPP that CADisk should run with Top Secret active.
Action:
Your installation has also indicated with sysparm TOPSFORC what should be done in this situation. If it is specified with a value of N, CADisk abends. If it is specified with a value of Y, CADisk proceeds, bypassing all Top Secret security checking.
