Reason:
Your CADisk administrator has restricted the use of the PARMLIB or PARMLIBD DD statements. CADisk cannot validate your use of the PARMLIB or PARMLIBD DD statements because the list of authorized PARMLIB data sets has no valid entries in it. CADisk terminates with a user 200 abend.
Action:
Have your CADisk administrator insert at least one valid entry in member (mmm) of the partitioned data set (ddd). Then rerun the task.
