Reason:
CADisk has discovered it is not executing under TSO, and is not executing from an APF-authorized library. Under TSO, CADisk uses DADSM allocation, RESERVE, ENQ, DEQ and other operations, which VS operating systems regard as authorized tasks? Unpredictable results may follow. Even though CADisk continues to process, system abends will usually occur, as well as unknown return codes. If problems develop, APF-authorize the CADisk load library (and any other libraries in your STEPLIB DD statement), and rerun the task.
