Reason:
No prime (or data) area extents exist in either the format-1 or format-3 DSCB for indexed sequential data set (ddd) on volume (vvv). Multivolume data sets may have this characteristic, but because the data set is not cataloged, there is no way to confirm this. In any event, a data set without prime extents cannot be processed.
