Reason:
The format-1 DSCB's DS1LSTAR field contains a relative track value for the last record written which exceeds the total number of allocated tracks for the data set. The used tracks value is probably erroneous. For CADisk calculation purposes, the DS1LSTAR field is equated to the highest possible relative track.
