Reason:
CADisk tried to restore a data set to disk. The new data set on disk was allocated, but the data set was not loaded successfully. Therefore, CADisk attempted to scratch the data to reclaim the disk space, but an error caused the scratch to fail too. The data set in error must be deleted manually.
