Reason:
While attempting to open VSAM data set (ddd), VSAM internal processing encountered an abend. CADisk recovered from the error sufficiently to process other data sets, but the one in the message was bypassed for further processing.
The system and user completion codes returned to the ESTAE exit are displayed in the message text as a means of diagnosing the problem. The system completion code is displayed in hexadecimal format, while the user completion code is displayed in decimal.
