Reason:
CADisk issued a start command, but the started task failed to respond within the allotted time. The auto-restore exit prompts either the TSO user or the system operator to see if CADisk should cancel the auto-restore. If you reply <Y> to the prompt, you will get the remaining portion of the message indicating a critical error.
Action:
You normally would want to wait only if the started task cannot begin because of a resource conflict, which is locking it out. The most likely cause of this error is that either the procedure name DMSAR is not in the proper proclib or an address space cannot be created to service the start request.
