Reason:
While attempting to read an ISAM data set on volume (vvv) at full disk address (aaa), a record key was found out of sequence. The key of the record (ccc) is displayed in hex. Location information for the count (nnn) and key (kkk) of the previous record is given to assist in a super zap attempt to correct the problem.
