AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO BUILD (AND CHAIN) THE NEW ARCHVOLS RECORD. DMS IS BYPASSING THIS BUILDARC COMMAND.

Reason:

Check all preceding messages for information as to why the ARCHVOLS records cannot be built. In addition, all parameters on the BUILDARC command are required; therefore verify that all values have been supplied properly and are valid.
