Reason:
CADisk is attempting to build and chain ARCHVOLS records from the list of volumes created by chaining through the JFCB and JFCB extensions. When CADisk tried to insert the newly created ARCHVOLS record, it found that a record with key (kkk) already exists or the key is invalid.
