Reason:
Report definition member (mmm) cannot be opened for processing. The reason for the error is detailed in a subsequent error message. The report name was probably misspelled, or the report name exists in the $INDEX member of data set (ddd) but the PDS does not have a member name of R$mmm (where mmm is the 1- to 6- character name in the message text).
