SELECT COMMANDS MUST SPECIFY A VOLUME LIST, ENTER THE VOLUMES= PARAMETER ON SELECT COMMAND (CMDnnnn)

Reason:

You must specify a volume list on the SELECT command in order to limit the number of volumes that will be scanned. If you want all volumes to be scanned, specify VOL=/. This requirement can be made optional by specifying sysparm VOLSELRE with a value of N.
