PREVIOUS SPANNED RECORD NOT COMPLETE FOR DSN (ddd) LAST SPANNED RECORD BEGAN AT RBA = (rrr) NEW SPANNED RECORD STARTS AT RBA = (nnn)

Reason:

CADisk has encountered a control interval for data set (ddd) at relative byte address (nnn) which is marked as the first portion of a spanned record. However, CADisk never received the control interval containing the last portion of a previous spanned record, which started at RBA (rrr). The data set is probably damaged and will need to be restored.
