Reason:
CADisk has determined that a RACF profile for archived data set (nnn) is not present in the user's RACF profile data set (ddd). This condition will prevent a data set from being restored when the CADisk RACF interface is active.
The RACF indicator for the data set needs to show the data set is RACF-protected but that CADisk does not have a current profile for it.
