Reason:

CADisk has detected a loop condition in the sequence set of data set (ddd). This error occurs when CADisk is attempting to retrieve the next sequence set control interval in the index, but the horizontal relative byte pointer in the index (field IXHHP) either points to itself or a previously processed sequence set control interval. The sequence set record containing the invalid pointer is in the control interval at relative byte address (nnn).
