Reason:
Volume (vvv) cannot be allocated to data set (ddd). Catalog management returned return code (rc). This message is followed by message 2546 giving an interpretive text for the error condition. This condition is most commonly encountered when restoring a cluster into a VSAM catalog (not ICF) and specifying a volume that is not owned by the catalog.
