Reason:
The data set being used as a target data set has no extents allocated to it. CADisk assumes it is a model DSCB. No data can be written to it. This message is printed when a data set has zeros as the high and low cchhr addresses for the first extent of the data set in the format-1 DSCB. Preallocate a data set that has valid extents and rerun the CADisk function.
