Reason:
CADisk was started with the CA ACF2 support turned on. However, CA ACF2 itself was not active, and the installation has not specified sysparm ACF2FORCY (which allows CADisk to process, even if CA ACF2 is down); therefore, CADisk abended. Have your installation specify the sysparm as shown to get CADisk to run when CA ACF2 is down, or wait until CA ACF2 is active again before restarting CADisk.
