Reason:
CADisk attempted to update the RESTCMDS subfile after failing to restore data set (ddd). The update attempt failed because the record somehow was deleted during the restore operation (possibly by the same user who requested RESTORE). An attempt was then made to insert a new record; this failed, thus causing a user 100 abend. Because CADisk failed to update the subfile, the user should assume that the Files Data Set is invalid and should look for other error messages. A reorganization of the Files Data Set is in order.
