THE FOLLOWING ERROR OCCURRED WHILE ISSUING A GET REQUEST FOR CLUSTER (ddd) - RPL FEEDBACK CODE (ccc) - REGISTER 15 CONTENTS = (nnn)

Reason:

While attempting to retrieve records from data set (ddd), an error was detected by VSAM. See the IBM OS/VS VSAM Programmer's Guide for a description of the error code encountered. This message should be followed by CADisk message 2545, which attempts to interpret the error codes into an error message.
