Reason:
CADisk issued a VERIFY against cluster (ddd) after an OPEN error was detected. Following the VERIFY, CADisk again attempted to OPEN the data set, but was not allowed to because of a second OPEN error. See the subsequent error messages indicating the cause of the second OPEN failure. The cluster was not archived by CADisk.
