DMS CANNOT OBTAIN VTOC ENTRY FOR DATA SET — OBTAIN ERROR = (eee)VOLUME = (vvv), DATA SET NAME = (ddd) rrrrrrrr

Reason:

CADisk issued the OBTAIN macro to get the VTOC entry for data set (ddd) on volume (vvv). System OBTAIN processing returned an error return code. The explanation of the error code (eee) is given by (rrrrrrrr). If further explanation is needed, see Obtain Return Codes for OBTAIN error codes.
