Reason:
CADisk has determined that the USERSENQ user exit is in effect. This user exit allows changes to be in the enqueue that CADisk uses when processing data sets. When you see the message, the value of DMSAR is automatically assigned the value of dmsnoenq, regardless of whether or not you coded such an exit.
Action:
If a question arises about the validity of enqueue Action's, the first step in determining the problem should be to bypass this user exit to determine if the exit is causing the problem.
