Reason:
CADisk attempted to insert tape volume (vvv) into pool (ppp), but the attempt failed. Either the volume was already in the pool (first message), or it was found to belong to a different pool. The same tape volume cannot be placed in more than one pool.
Action:
Use the tape pool management facilities to review the status of both the specific tape and the pools in question. Make any updates that may be needed. Messages numbered 2447 indicate an error in tape pool support.
