Reason:
CADisk or the security package of your system rejected your run-time override of sysparm (xxxxxxxx) because the sysparm cannot be overridden. The job is terminated. If the security package causes the rejection, it does so through the System Authorization Facility (SAF) MVS router and usually issues other messages in the JES log or just prior to this message.
Action:
See your security administrator or your CADisk administrator to request access to this resource, or remove the offending sysparm override from your task.
