Reason:
The user specified too few or too many subparameters in the CRITERIA parameter. The specification must always contain three arguments. If either of the operands contains an arithmetic operation (+ or -), no embedded spaces are allowed. For example:
CRITERIA=(ARCDT+30,LE,TODAY)
