Reason:
CADisk has detected an error condition in an archive volume record (ARCHVOLS) in the Files Data Set. ARCHVOLS records for primary archive volumes (xxx) and (yyy) both point to the same tape volume serial as their duplicate copy volume (ccc). This is not valid. One of the primary volume records is in error. The copy volume may apply to only one primary volume. CADisk is unable to determine which one. Determine which primary volume record is valid and correct the one in error by using the CADisk RESET command.
