Reason:
During disposition processing in sequential migration, CADisk tried to recatalog the migrated data set (ddd) from the source volume (vvv) to the tape volume (ttt) but failed because it cannot get exclusive control of it. Probably some other job or online user had it. The data set was migrated to tape and can be manually recataloged. Because CADisk cannot recatalog the data set, it did not scratch the data set from the source volume (vvv).
