Reason:
While processing a PDS directory, CADisk encountered a member that has the same TTR value as a previous member. This can happen if a PDS is updated by two separate jobs at the same time. IBM recommends specifying DISP=OLD whenever a PDS is to be updated. This problem occurs typically if a PDS can be updated by an online system (like TSO). Determine which member is in error and restore that member.
