Reason:
The module indicated cannot allocate the file indicated by the DDNAME (ddd). The (ttt) indicates the type of error — either allocate or deallocate. The return code (nn) is the reason why the action failed. See the IBM guide Writing a Terminal Monitor Program or a Command Processor for the meanings of these return codes.
Action:
Ensure that the file indicated is either allocated to the terminal or the file name is in DMSPARMS.
