Reason:
CADisk RACF processing received an error condition from RACF processing routines when an attempt to add an additional volume serial to a data set profile was made.
The RACDEF macro returned a return code of (eee). Volume (ooo) already existed for the profile. Data set (ddd) on volume (ddd) was the resource being processed.
