TARGET VOL (vvv) IS AN INCOMPATIBLE DEVICE TYPE FOR DSN (ddd) DATA SET BLOCKSIZE EXCEEDS DEVICE TRACK SIZE or TRACK OVERFLOW IS REQUIRED BUT NOT SUPPORTED ON THE DEVICE

Reason:

Unless the record format of a data set specifies the track overflow attribute, a physical data block cannot exceed the physical track size of the device on which it will reside. If the track overflow attribute is present, the device may not support that feature, in which case the second form of the message is issued.

Volume (vvv) was skipped as a possible target volume for data set (ddd) because of the conflict. Selection of a possible target volume continues with the examination of the next volume in the target list.
