Reason:
The commands in the input stream must all be run in either SIMULATE mode, or all in LIVE mode. They cannot be mixed. The first valid input command sets the mode for the rest of the run. Subsequent commands of a different mode are bypassed. Processing continues with the next command of the proper mode.
