Reason:
CADisk has encountered an error while validating multivolume data set formats. Data set (ddd) is the multivolume data set in error. The second part of this message indicates how the data set is cataloged in the system catalog. One line will be printed for each volume on which the data set exists; (vvv) is the volume name and (nnn) is sequence number of this portion of the data set.
Following this message, one or more messages will be printed describing the exact nature of the error encountered.
