Reason:
The ABSOLUTE parameter was specified, implying that a data set requiring absolute cylinder and head addressing is to be processed. The PREALLOC parameter must also be specified after the user has preallocated the data set on the required cylinder and head address of the wanted target volume. The entire command is rejected, and processing continues with the next input command.
