Reason:
ARCHIVE command validation has determined that the data set the user is requesting to be archived is not a PDS data set. The MEMBER parameter has been supplied on the ARCHIVE command and it is only valid for PDS data sets. Remove the MEMBER parameter from the command and reprocess the command.
