NO DATA SETS SELECTED
Reason:
CADisk has completed processing without selecting any data sets for processing. The selection criteria specified in command parameters has rejected all data sets scanned. Verify the following items:
- If retain B RETVOLSPEC option in use, did any of the data sets have the change bit set on? The change bit is the x'02' bit in the format-1 DSCB. Field name DS1DSIND (offset 93 decimal). Use IEHLIST LISTVTOC, DUMP to determine this.
- Are the data set names specified spelled correctly?
- Did you forget to put the "/" at the end of a partial data set name being used as a pattern?
- Are the volumes spelled correctly?
- Are the volumes specified on the retain command also specified in the RETVOLSPEC table?
- Is the proper RETVOLSPEC table being used?
- Are there any data sets on the volume?
