Reason:
When CADisk writes a data set to the archive medium, it indicates the end of each data set by writing an E type record. When extracting the data records from the archive medium for data set (ddd), this record was not found, which indicates that the archive medium has been damaged at some point, and the data is now incomplete. All data up to the point of inconsistency has been extracted and may be useful if no other complete copy is available.
