Reason:
The value of the PCTSECONDARY parameter on the DSCL RELEASE command must be numeric, between 0 and 100 inclusive. The value of the PCTUSED parameter on the DSCL RELEASE command must be numeric, between 1 and 100 inclusive.
Action:
Correct the command statement in error and resubmit the job.
