Reason:
As described in the previous error message, a scratch error has occurred. The scratch was being done to delete the CADisk allocated target data set after another error occurred.
Action:
No harm has been done. The original data set is left intact, but the target allocation still exists on the target volume. It should be deleted with standard IBM utilities.
