Reason:
This is an informational message to indicate that the reload process of Files Data Set reorganization has begun. If processing abends after this message is issued, use the DMS proc RESTART to restart the reload process.
Action:
If the particular abend given results in the countermanding message, "2030 RELOAD HAS NOT YET PROCESSED OR DESTROYED ANY DATA", you do not need to use the RESTART proc. You may fix the problem and restart the REORG.
