Reason:
CADisk received an error return code from system scratch routines. CADisk was attempting to scratch data set name (ddd) from volume (vvv). Scratch routines returned an error code of (xxx).
Action:
See Scratch Return Codes in the appendix "Common Return Codes" for descriptions of scratch error codes. To recover from this error the user must manually scratch the data set with standard IBM utilities.
