Reason:
CADisk received an error return code from system scratch routines. CADisk was attempting to scratch data set (ddd) from volume (vvv). The scratch failed with return code (nnn); (ccc) is a brief description of why the scratch failed. See Scratch Return Codes in the appendix "Common Return Codes" for more information about scratch error codes.
Action:
To clean up after the scratch failure, manually scratch the data set using standard IBM utilities.
