Reason:
CADisk received an error return code from system mass storage processing routines. CADisk was attempting to obtain information about mass storage volume group (nnn).
Action:
The mass storage routines have returned a return code of (xxx) and reason code (rrr). See the mass storage guides for an explanation of the error based on the return and Reason codes returned.
The mass storage processing routine used here is invoked through the SYSTEMS SVC 12 (rrr) is the error return code placed in register 15 by the SVC.
