Reason:
CADisk cannot locate the format-4 VTOC entry for volume (vvv). The OBTAIN macro used to retrieve the entry returned an unexpected status code of (xxxx).
Action:
Verify the volume is available and online to the system when CADisk is running. For assistance, contact CA Technical Support.
