Reason:
Data set (ddd) was not restored because the control record in the first block of the data set on the archive tape did not contain the correct data set name, but was data set name (nnn). This condition typically results from the reuse of an archive tape for scratch output while some index records are yet to be deleted. A subsequent attempt to restore a data set, which is no longer on the archive tape, would cause this to occur. A purge followed by a rebuild would remedy the situation.
