Reason:
Compress processing has abended because the unloaded data set cannot be reallocated on the same volume. This condition normally is a result of another task taking space on the volume between the time it was scratched and the time the reallocation was attempted.
Action:
The data set will have to be manually allocated on the same or a different volume and restored with the RELOAD command before compression processing can resume. See previous error messages for information about the data set being processed and the exact cause of the allocation error.
