Reason:
The data set cannot be processed because a DCB abend exit was taken during the attempt to read it. The first four bytes of the parameter field are displayed in hexadecimal format. This field is documented in the IBM Data Management Macros Guide. The data set is bypassed and processing continues with the next data set.
